Ownership Models: Imagine getting compensated (even in small ways) when your data meaningfully contributes to a product. Data cooperatives and decentralized models are early attempts at this.
Policy with Teeth: We need updated laws that define personal data rights in the context of machine learning - not just storage or sale.
Because right now, we’re fueling the AI revolution without even a receipt.
